Xudong Li is a tenure-track associate professor at the School of Data Science, Fudan University and the Shanghai Center for Mathematical Sciences. He obtained the Ph.D. degree in Optimization from National University of Singapore in 2015 under the supervisions of Professors Defeng Sun and Kim-Chuan Toh. From 2015 to 2017, he was a research fellow in the Department of Mathematics at National University of Singapore. Prior to joining FDU in Autumn 2018, he was a postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Operations Research and Financial Engineering at Princeton University supervised by Professor Mengdi Wang. He received the Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from University of Science and Technology of China. He received the Young Researcher Prize in Continuous Optimization of the Mathematical Optimization Society in 2019 (awarded once every three years). He is currently serving as an associate editor for Mathematical Programming Computation.
